Processing found messages using AI
A bot can be added to the backend group that will monitor newly found messages (via Webhooks or directly, as some system configurations allow), send them for AI analysis, and return a response.
If the subject of the message is clear to the AI, the bot can send a response to the chat on its own, or mention to the operator (via mention) the need to react to the found message.
